Tela Tech Communications was founded on February 6, 1998 by Charles Chesnos. Charles began working in the telecom industry at the young age of 18, and has been gaining technical experience ever since through years real-world practice, through numerous continuing education courses, and by working next to New York’s top-notch technicians. Years of steadfast preparation and discipline enabled Charles to fulfill his dream of beginning his own company. Tela Tech is an evolving company that strives to stay on the cutting-edge of the fast-paced technological marketplace.
